Americana Roundup curator Ryan Humbert is the lead singer of the Americana honky tonk band The Shootouts, 2020, 2023 and 2024 Ameripolitan Music Award nominee for Best Honky Tonk Band. The band has performed with Marty Stuart, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Sheryl Crow, Charley Crockett, Lake Street Dive, Robbie Fulks, Radney Foster, Chris Isaak, Asleep at the Wheel and many more.

Ryan also has an extensive radio background through his longtime work with The Summit WAPS-FM in Akron, OH, where he hosts an on-air version of the Americana Roundup every Sunday from 9 to 11 AM.
